Mistruzzi Media is a TikTok Marketing Agency dedicated to increasing brand awareness and sales using TikTok.
She is dedicated to giving my one hundred percent to make sure every client that works with her sees the best results possible and she will not stop until their dreams have been met.
Here we sit down with Ava, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.
Q. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
Ava: I was inspired to become an entrepreneur for many reasons. I wanted to be able to set my own hours and be my own boss. I wanted to love what I did and enjoy my work. I wanted to choose the type of people I get to work with and surround myself with. I also knew that being an entrepreneur was the only way to make my dream life a reality. I have a dream of living in Miami Florida right next to the beach, being able to set my own hours. I want to make a big impact on the world and leave a positive impact on as many lives as I can.
Q. How did you get started?
Ava: It all started when I took the leap of courage, disregarded my fears of embarrassment and failure and I started posting on TikTok in December 2020. After the first month of posting I was at 50,000 followers and I knew if I continued and stayed consistent it could turn into something really impactful. I started Mistruzzi Media in July of 2021. I was inspired to start my marketing agency because I knew that I could add a lot of value to other business owners who are looking to expand their business onto TikTok. I knew that with my skills, knowledge and results on TikTok, Mistruzzi Media would be a success. I have worked with many clients who have all been happy with my work and seen great results. I got into Mindset coaching in January of 2022. The reason I created A New You, was because I realized that a lot of people have trouble seeing what’s stopping them from building their dream life and waking up with purpose, motivation, and happiness everyday. I created a program that teaches people how to motivate themselves, find their purpose, get unstuck from their current negative reality, develop a positive mindset, and get on the path to creating their dream life and becoming a new version of themselves. I am incredibly grateful for everything I’ve been able to create over the last year. I am very grateful for all of the amazing people I’ve connected with throughout this entire journey.

Q. What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?
Ava: My biggest startup challenge for both businesses was overcoming my own limiting beliefs. “I am old enough?”. “What if I don’t succeed?”. “What if I get made fun of?” I knew that if I listened to these limiting beliefs I would never succeed in any business. I overcame my limiting beliefs by doing the inner work and pushing through my fears. I learned that staying consistent and pushing forward even when you’re confused and unclear about where you are headed is very important. It’s always better to take one step in the direction you want to go than to stay still in the same spot. Keep pushing through, stay consistent, and work hard.
Q. What is the Most Memorable Thing You’ve Done Since you Started your Business?
Ava: The most memorable thing I’ve had to happen to me is getting messages from my community every day. I love reading all of the positive DM’s I get on Instagram. I enjoy responding to and answering questions that people have. One of the things that makes me happiest in life is helping other people, so I really love getting messages from people telling me how much I’ve impacted their lives. I am very grateful for the positive community I’ve built.
Q. What is one book you recommend, and why?
Ava: One book I recommend to everyone is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. I recommend this book because this was the book that changed everything for me. It taught me not only how to manifest wealth, but the steps to be successful in any area of life. I believe that every person needs to read this book at least once in their lifetime and understand the 13 principles to being successful and manifesting anything they want in life.

Q. What are your top 3 favourite online apps, tools, or resources and what do you love about them?
Ava: My top 3 favourite online social media apps are TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube. TikTok gives you the ability to post a 5-15 second video and reach millions of people for free. TikTok has such huge potential and I believe that every brand should be on TikTok. Instagram is another great tool for businesses to craft brand identity and awareness. Instagram is a great app to connect with others and get to know your audience. Youtube is another great app that I love because it is a free university of knowledge. Any topic you want to learn more about can be found on YouTube through a quick search. One of the biggest changes I’ve made in my life was instead of listening to music while I get ready, I listen to a YouTube video about personal development and learn so much.
Q. In terms of legacy, what is the mark you’d like to leave on the world?
Ava: In terms of legacy, I would like to be the next Tony Robbins. I want to help as many people as I can feel happy and fulfilled with their lives. I want to be known as the go-to personal development guru. My end goal is to do live events to transform thousands of lives. I am very excited for the future and I cannot wait to provide more and more value to as many people as I can.
Q. In one sentence, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey?
Ava: Start growing a personal brand on TikTok as soon as you can.
